Terms and Conditions for Online Orders of Textbooks


Online Orders (Home Delivery) - Terms and Conditions

  • Kindly please fill in all compulsory fields in the order form.

  • A $15.00 delivery / service fee is chargeable for each home delivery.

  • Should you wish to order for MORE THAN ONE CHILD, Please submit as respective individual orders. OUR ORDER PROCESSING TEAM WILL REFUND YOU ALL EXCESS DELIVERY FEE. Only one delivery fee will be charged for same day delivery of orders of the same address.

  • Please select delivery date in your online orders.

  • Delivery Timing: 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM.

  • Kindly please arrange for a recipient during this timing on your selected delivery date. Should there be no recipient, the logistic company reserve the rights to call and arrange for alternative delivery arrangement. 

  • Please print out a copy of the invoice / order form for your own reference.

  • Please allow at least 5 working days processing period between each online orders and delivery date.

  • Payment must be completed online for the online orders to be valid.

  • Only upon receiving a Confirmation Email will deem the order successful.

  • Return / Refund / Exchange of items are strictly not allowed. (Unless items are damaged or misprinted)

  • (IMPORTANT NOTE) - Purchased items that are not available will be recorded during orders processing and will be delivered to the student in class when school reopens.


Online Orders (School Self Collection) - Terms and Conditions

  • Kindly please fill in all compulsory fields in the order form.

  • Collection Timing: 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM.

  • Kindly please choose your collection date and time slot during your online orders. Multiple selection will void the online orders.

  • Please print out a copy of the invoice / order form for your own reference.

  • Entry to schools for self-collection will only be allowed upon presenting printout of order form which states the collection date and time.

  • Please allow at least 5 working days processing period between each online orders and collection date.

  • Payment must be completed online for the online orders to be valid.

  • Only upon receiving a Confirmation Email will deem the order successful.

  • Self-Collection procedure will be strictly on pick up basis. No Checking of your orders on the spot.

  • Return / Refund / Exchange of items are strictly not allowed. (Unless items are damaged or misprinted)
